Shipping usually takes between 7-12 business days depending on your location.

If you would like to return your order, you will find the "Cancellation Form" under the "Footer Menu." Please fill it out and send it to us within 14 days of purchase. We will then provide you with the appropriate delivery address to which you can return your order.

The customer shall bear the costs of return shipment.

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@iloria.ch . If your order is already being processed or shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can exercise your right of withdrawal in this case.
